Note: Some special products, such as those with electricity, usually take 3 to 5 days longer than the schedule below.

In order for you to receive the products as soon as possible, we will arrange shipping from the overseas warehouse according to your address if you select the items in Homepage-Menu-Overseas and select the shipping method option when checking out.

Shipping cost & Tax
Note: Some limited countries(especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc) may need to pay tax&duty or VAT according to your countries levying rules. You need to pay the tax&duty or VAT.
After you fulfill the address form, the system will calculate the shipping cost accordingly. Freight prices vary depending on the weight of the cargo and the type of cargo (general cargo, batteries, liquid cargo).

Free Shipping
We will post the latest free shipping statement on our home page notification bar. Usually, when your order reaches a certain amount (e.g. $200) and you are located in the USA, Canada, or European Union Countries, you will get the free shipping option at checkout automatically.

Package lost and liability determination
The recipient is responsible for all losses if the postal address is wrong, resulting in the parcel not being recovered after delivery.
