Quelle R&D Center has come up with a practical design for a complete upgrade of the cartridge system. Quelle 3rd generation tattoo cartridges - Upgrade In RL and RS, designed to stabilize the tattoo needles.
Our innovative element is the use of a square structure inside the cartridge. Unlike most designs on the market, the guide groove and needle bar sections adopt a square shape design rather than round to prevent needle rotation. This feature is combined with a flexible mechanism that consolidates the additional precision and stability of the needle and is installed on the round liner and round shader tattoo cartridge needles.
The upgraded positioning brings the needle closer to the bottom of the barrel tip nozzle, resulting in a more stable needle position. This design also imparts better ink flow and greater skin penetration accuracy.

Upgraded Version

• Square shape path within the inner shell to maintain needle stability.
• Special rebound lightens the pressure on the needles bar.
• Soft and highly elastic rubber ring makes the needle rebound faster.
• 3 layers membrane makes the needles tight to bottom. Close to 180 rebound force with toughness.
• Fit cartridge size intended configuration perfectly for stability.
